Welcome to Beech House Guest Accommodation. Our lovingly restored and recently refurbished Victorian Town House is centrally situated in a quiet tree-lined street which is just a five minute walk from the centre of York.

Many of the original features have been retained giving the interior of Beech House an elegant yet contemporary feel.

We are a member of York Tourism and Yorkshire Tourist Board, we are inspected annually in order to ensure that we maintain the highest standards for our guests.

Being Family run and with a close attention to detail Beech House is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the delights of York.

Following a delicious breakfast you can enjoy a relaxing Riverside walk into York or perhaps a stroll through Museum Gardens, with the beautiful ruins of St Mary’s Abbey.

If you arrive by train or coach we are less than 10 minutes walk from the train and bus station and for Guests arriving by car we have parking both on and off road.

ROOM FACILITIES

Our rooms have be refurbished with new en-suite facilities, with either a shower and / or bath, which compliments the new decoration completed in 2006. Each room has a colour television, alarm clock radio, hairdryer, hospitality tray and complimentary toiletries. A comprehensive information folder is provided for you during your stay. For the comfort of all our guests we are completely no-smoking.All rooms are fully double-glazed with central heating.

BREAKFAST

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast in our spacious dining room where fresh produce is used where possible to ensure quality. For those who like a lighter bite, try our buffet bar with a range of fresh fruit/yoghurts and cereal.

Vegetarians are catered for as well as these more specialised diets.

LOUNGE

We have a comfortable guest lounge that you can use during your stay, to read a book or watch TV.
